General Entrance Selection

Possible Applicants

Graduates/graduating students of college or above and business people around the world who wish to be enrolled in GITS

Application Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

(1) Master's Program

Holding or expecting to obtain a bachelor's degree prior to enrollment in GITS
Having completed or expecting to complete 16 years of regular schooling outside Japan
Being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by college graduates, in case of those who do not meet either criterion (a) or (b) prescribed above

* For further information on criterion (c), please contact the GITS Admissions Office no later than 30 days prior to the application deadline.

(2) Doctorate Program

Holding or expecting to obtain a master's degree prior to enrollment in GITS
Holding a master's degree or the equivalent from a graduate school/institution outside Japan
Having been engaged in research at colleges/institutions for two years or more after graduation from a college and being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by master's degree holders due to his/her excellent research results, etc. at the colleges/institutions
Being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by master's degree holders, in case of those who do not meet any of the criteria (a), (b) or (c) prescribed above
