Individuals who wish to be enrolled in GITS with sponsorship from a government or company, etc.

1. Holding or expecting to obtain a bachelor's degree prior to enrollment in GITS
2. Having completed or expecting to complete 16 years of regular schooling outside Japan
3. Being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by college graduates, in case of those who do not meet either criterion (a) or (b) prescribed above

1. Holding or expecting to obtain a master's degree prior to enrollment in GITS
2. Holding a master's degree or the equivalent from a graduate school/institution outside Japan
3. Having been engaged in research at colleges/institutions for two years or more after graduation from a college and being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by master's degree holders due to his/her excellent research results, etc. at the colleges/institutions
4. Being determined by GITS to have equivalent academic ability to that possessed by master's degree holders, in case of those who do not meet any criterion (a), (b) or (c) prescribed above
