■Issuance of various certificates(For current students)

Various certificates, such as a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of academic record,and a certificate of expected graduation are issued by the certificate vending machines installed on campus. To obtain a certificate, your student ID card, password (registered at the time of enrollment in GITS) and commission fee are required.

1. The location of the commission seal vending machines:
The office of each school and graduate school (excluding GITS Office)

2. The location of the certificate vending machines:
1st floor of Bldg. No. 1, 1st floor and 2nd floor of Bldg. No.14, 1st floor of Bldg. No.25, 1st floor of Bldg. No.30, 1st floor of Bldg. No.36

Note: Confirm the availability of certificate vending machines on the bulletin board.

With regard to certificates that cannot be issued by the certificate vending machines, please come to the GITS Honjo Office or Nishi-Waseda liaison office to complete the necessary procedures.

●Nishi-Waseda Campus

1. Fill out a request form prescribed by the University.

2. Attach a certificate of commission payment (a 200 yen commission seal per certificate)to the request form.

3. Submit the form to the GITS Nishi-Waseda liaison office.

●Honjo Campus

1. Requests for issuance of all the certificates are accepted at the GITS Office. Certificates of commission payment (commission seals) are not handled on the Honjo Campus. Please submit the completed request forms to the GITS Office with 200 yen per sheet in cash.
